Give every small business the software a billion-dollar company gets.

90% of businesses on this planet have fewer than 10 employees. Almost all of them run on a Frankenstein stack: a POS over here, a spreadsheet over there, a WhatsApp group for the team, a Mailchimp account no one remembers the password to.

Enterprise companies do not run that way. They get Salesforce, Workday, Tableau, ServiceNow. Beautiful, integrated, expensive.

Loopin is the same thing, but priced for a small café, shaped for 24 different industries, and powered by AI that does the heavy reasoning so the owner does not have to.

How we got here.

  1. 2023

    The frustrating night

    Co-founders Usama and Sarah ran a chain of three coffee shops on six different tools. One late night reconciling Stripe, Square, Mailchimp, Toast, Google Sheets, and Notion, they sketched what one tool would look like.

  2. 2024 Q2

    First 50 customers

    Closed a pre-seed from MENA-focused operators. Six engineers, four designers, one accountant. The first 50 customers were friends who ran salons, cafés, and one yoga studio in Dubai.

  3. 2024 Q4

    Industry presets

    Realised one app cannot fit cafés, salons, dentists, and law firms unless the vocabulary, layout, and starter data adapt. The Industry Presets system shipped.

  4. 2025 Q3

    $24M Series A

    Led by 9Yards Capital with participation from Goodwater, Beco, and 30 founder-operator angels. Bahrain region went live.

  5. 2026 Q1

    AI Advisor + Whitelabel

    Conversational AI advisor went GA. Whitelabel + reseller mode shipped. First Diamond-tier reseller (Lumen Hospitality) onboarded.

  6. Today

    Building one fold at a time

    Loopin now powers 4,200+ businesses across 18 countries. Still hiring. Still listening. Still answering support tickets ourselves on weekends.
