Terms of service.

By signing up for Loopin, you (the "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We will refund any prepaid period in full within 7 days.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day each month (or each year, for annual). You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing.

Plan changes upgrade immediately and downgrade at the end of the current period. We never silently re-add features you removed.

Trials run 30 days, no card required. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your workspace is paused but not deleted for 60 days.

Customer data (your products, customers, orders, designs, every byte you put in) is yours. We act as the data processor under the DPA.

You can export your entire workspace as CSV, JSON, or PDF at any time. You can request a one-time encrypted dump from Settings, Data export.

Deletion: when you delete your workspace, primary data is removed within 7 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 35 days.

Do not use Loopin for illegal activity, to spam, to phish, or to host malware. Do not attempt to break our security or scrape the platform at scale.

We may suspend a workspace immediately for activity that puts the platform, our other customers, or end consumers at risk. We will tell you why, with logs.

Resale and whitelabel use is allowed on Growth and Enterprise plans. Reselling on Starter is not allowed.

Fees are billed in AED by default. Customers outside the UAE can request USD, GBP, or EUR billing.

Taxes (UAE VAT or your local equivalent) are added on top. We file VAT in the UAE on our own behalf, not yours, you are responsible for your own filings.

Refunds: we do not pro-rate cancellations mid-period. We do refund within 7 days if we shut down a feature you depend on, or if our uptime falls below 99.9% in a rolling quarter.

Our target is 99.95% monthly uptime, measured at the public load balancer.

If we miss the target, you receive service credits as defined in the Service Level Agreement attached to your Enterprise contract (or available on request for Growth).

We will post a public incident report within 5 business days of any major outage at /status.

Loopin, the wordmark, the loop icon, and our brand assets are our intellectual property. Whitelabel customers receive a contractual licence to remove our branding from the surfaces their end users see.

You retain all rights to your own content (products, photos, copy). You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, and transmit that content solely so the platform can work.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Loopin's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limit, in which case the limit applies to the maximum extent allowed.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days notice and a cure period.

On termination, you can export your data for 60 days. After 60 days, primary data is deleted within 7 days and encrypted backups roll off within 35 days.

These Terms are governed by English law as applied in DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre).

Disputes are resolved exclusively in DIFC Courts. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
